decent stay with some issues

we had a very spacious room. it was a beautiful king city view. the room had a coffee maker and tea. the sandy beach connected directly to the hotel and had a gentle slope into the water.
the reception staff seemed very rude. i had to wait 45 minutes to check into our room. the dinner quality was really bad and the toilets in the restaurant area were not clean!

The hotel location was acceptable to me.
The bathroom situation wasnt stellar. The sink drained slowly and the floor mat looked kinda gross, in my opinion. I had to request toothpaste, which seems like a basic item that should already be in a fancy hotel. The lack of a mirror at the dressing table did not make getting ready easy, I tell you.
